We've done a lot of work in the kitchen. Here's what it looked like when we first saw it, prior to purchase.
We sanded, primed, and painted EVERYTHING, and installed new hinges and hardware. A few months later, we took out the laminate countertops and backsplash and installed porcelain tile.

The Breakfast Room
One of our projects in the breakfast room was the coffee bar. We built it from cabinets we took out of the laundry room and some tiles that were leftover from the kitchen counters. Total cost? Free!
