The Laundry Room

• Build a countertop/backsplash over the washer/dryer, so the socks won't fall behind the appliances  
• Repaint

The Breakfast Room

• New pendant light fixture over the table 
• Make drop-cloth table runner  

The Study

• Add crown molding
• Touch up ceiling paint
• Spray paint white wicker chair 
• Stencil antique laundry basket
• Declutter 

The Dining Room

• Declutter sideboard  
• Declutter china cabinet
• Declutter secretary

The Living Room

• New couch (hint, hint)
• Declutter

Guest Bath

• Re-tile floor
• Re-tile shower
• Vanity facelift
• New sink
• Paint
• New molding
• Install shutters
• New lighting

Master Bedroom

• Paint wood furniture
• New curtains
• Repaint walls
• New ceiling fan

Master Bathroom

• Fix supply lines in shower to increase water pressure
• Vanity top face lift
• Install beadboard & new molding

Office

• Declutter
• Declutter

Outside

• Plant fruit/veggie garden
• Plant herb garden  
• Plant jasmine under breakfast room window
• Cut back trees/bushes along the fence line (left side of yard)
• Organize shed
• Trim azaleas in front of house  
• Pressure wash sidewalk
• Scrape and repaint porch ceiling
• New ferns in the spring
• Trim topiary and roses in corner bed
• Weed corner bed
• Remove crepe myrtles along fence line (right side of yard)
• Move lilies to corner bed
• New flag for front porch
• New columns on front porch
• Tile steps in garage
